Thank you for your interest in our online shop. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below we inform you in detail about the handling of your data.
Access data and hosting
You can visit our website without providing any personal details. Each time a website is accessed, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains the following information:
- Sites visited
- Time and date of access
- Size of data sent
- Reference from which you reached the page
- Used Browser
- Used operating system
- Used IP-adress
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of misuse. If data needs to be preserved for reasons of proof, it is excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.
Data collection and use for contract processing
We collect personal data when you provide it to us as part of your order or when you contact us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Mandatory fields are labelled as such, as in these cases we require the data to process the contract or to process your contact and you cannot complete the order or send the contact without providing it. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms.
Transfer of data
In order to fulfil the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will pass on the payment data collected for the processing of payments to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to payment service providers commissioned by us.
If you contact us as the website operator via the contact options offered, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Cookies
We use cookies on various pages to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, to display suitable products or for market research. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a weighing up of interests, in an optimised presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on your end device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted again at the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies).
Common browsers offer the setting option of not allowing cookies. However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions if you make the appropriate settings.
Analytics
As part of Matomo’s reach analysis, the following data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) GDPR), the following data is processed: the browser type and version you use, the operating system you use, your country of origin, the date and time of the server request, the number of visits, the time you spend on the website and the external links you click on. The IP address of users is anonymised before it is saved.
Matomo uses cookies, which are stored on the user’s computer and enable us to analyse the use of our online offering by users. Pseudonymised user profiles can be created from the processed data. The cookies have a storage period of one week. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is only stored on our server and is not passed on to third parties.
If you have activated the Do not track function in your browser settings your visits will not be recorded. Users can also object to the anonymised collection of data by the Matomo program at any time with effect for the future by clicking on the link below. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie is stored in their browser, which means that Matomo no longer collects any session data. However, if users delete their cookies, the opt-out cookie will also be deleted and must therefore be reactivated by the users.
Analytical data is deleted after 6 months.
